Betsy Opyt is the founder of Betsy’s Best, a gourmet and all-natural nut and seed butter company specializing in creating an all-natural fancy food line of products. She lives in Naples, FL with her husband, Dan, who is happy to be her guinea pig for sampling her new concoctions, and daughter, Peyton, who inspired her first nut butter creation. Opyt is a personal trainer, registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator. Prior founding Betsy’s Best, she provided fitness and nutrition services as owner of Healthy Concepts Consulting.
