Peanut Butter and Jam Muffins
Kids are notoriously picky eaters. But trust us, yours will love these Peanut Butter and Jam Muffins bursting with sweet grape goodness. They are easy to grab, and each muffin is packed with protein. Whether you or your child is looking for a quick snack to-go or just a delicious treat, these baked goodies will do the trick!

Yields: 12 servings
- 2 cups flour
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ⅓ cup of peanut butter
- 1 cup milk (2%)
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup Welch’s Concord Grape Jam
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add the peanut butter mixing until crumbly. Add the milk, egg and oil and mix until just blended.
- Spoon the batter into 12 muffin cups lined with muffin wrappers. Using a squeeze bottle filled with Welch’s Concord Grape Jam, squirt 1-tsp of jam. Repeat with remaining muffins.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18 – 20 minutes until lightly browned. Serve warm or at room temperature.
