Recipe: Eight O’Clock’s White Chocolate Coffee
Sweet meets its match when mixing white chocolate with delicious Eight O’Clock Coffee. If you don’t have morsels handy, don’t fret, you can crumble your favorite bar instead. Of course, feel free to add a little more or less than a tablespoon depending on how sweet you like your treats. Perfect for a mid-day pick-me-up, or as a decadent dessert, you’ll definitely fall in love with this white chocolate coffee! Hint: these make a perfect gift! Just place some white chocolate at the bottom of a mug, top with a baggie of Eight o’Clock Coffee, and place into a gift bag! It’s that simple! I don’t know about you, but we’d love to receive this as a gift!
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. white chocolate morsels
- 1 rounded Tbsp. Eight O’Clock Coffee 100% Colombian Peaks Ground Coffee per 6 oz. cup*
- Cream or milk optional
Directions
Place the white chocolate morsels at the bottom of your cup. Brew a pot as you normally would and pour it into each cup. Stir for about a minute or until the morsels have dissolved.
Sit back, sip, and enjoy your white chocolate coffee!
*Original recipe calls for Eight O’Clock Original Coffee.
